Solo builder. Senior engineer.
I build stuff that scales.

Klarschritt is the studio behind my independent work, based in Berlin, Germany. I consult startups on systems and scale, mentor engineers, and ship my own software: Notenz, Flxify, DeliveryHero.fyi and Hawsaba.

About Ahmed Taweel

I'm a solo builder and engineer. I consult startups on systems and scale, and I mentor people who want to grow as engineers. On the day job side, that's 10+ years bridging infrastructure and product, including co-owning traffic steering for millions of orders a day at Delivery Hero, where I design systems that stay observable, evolvable, and cost-aware as they grow. Outside of that, I build my own products too, like Notenz, a secure digital legacy layer, and Flxify, a text-transformation toolkit for engineers.
